Employee Training

To support the continuity of our business we operate many employee training schemes.

General office staff are supported by training appropriate to their specific roles.

The shop floor are trained on machinery, operations and techniques. To complement this they are trained to strict health and safety regulations.

Ellis Furniture offers a 3 year apprentice course for young people. During their time here, they are exposed to all aspects of the business, With support from college they work toward NVQ level 3.
